Some bands blur genres. Cowboy Princess Brigade turns them into a full performance language. The Cleveland-based “glam-mericana-soul” ensemble has quickly become one of the city’s most distinctive emerging live acts, blending Americana, soul, folk, jazz, bluegrass, and rock into shows built around movement, improvisation, and theatrical energy. Formed in 2024 through connections in Cleveland’s local jam scene, the six-piece group is led by vocalist and ukulele player Ruby Rose Weston alongside Nate Bocchicchio (guitar and violin), Joshua Tucker (keys), Jon Cox (trombone), Freddy Hill (bass), and Jeremy McCabe (drums). Their early releases — Rolling Up Silver, Nuggets of Gold, and the recent EP Brass Tax — established the band’s evolving sound while helping them build momentum across Northeast Ohio.
C Critics and local outlets have described their sound as “glam-mericana,” pointing to the band’s ability to merge classic roots traditions with soul grooves, horns, strings, improvisation, and a visually playful stage presence. No two performances are exactly alike.
At The Sixty6, expect a set filled with layered instrumentation, vocal harmonies, and spontaneous moments that pull the audience directly into the experience. Their performances feel communal, loose, and alive — part dance party, part roots revival, part Cleveland creative gathering.
Free admission, no tickets required.

Experience an electrifying evening of genre-defying music with Joe Tomino and Mike Sopko, two Cleveland natives that met in 2014. They are innovative and accomplished musicians known for their boundary-pushing collaborations in projects like Yellowstone Apocalypse, and Togishi. This duo brings a fusion of sludge metal, avant-electro-acoustic, jazz, and rock to the stage.
Mike Sopko, a Cleveland native and Downbeat Magazine Editor’s Pick, has led numerous creative projects since 2003, including MCR, Cascading Liquid Rainbows, and The Golden Measure. His guitar work is both technically masterful and emotionally resonant, blending experimental tones with deep musicality. Sopko continues to record and tour nationally, captivating audiences with his fearless approach to sound.
Joe Tomino grew up immersed in Cleveland’s diverse music scene, playing everything from jazz and punk to reggae and electronic. A graduate of the New England Conservatory, Tomino’s career has taken him from NYC to international stages, performing with legends like The Fugees, Lady Gaga, Matisyahu, and Mike Patton. As co-founder of Dub Trio, he’s played major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza, and appeared on shows including The Tonight Show, Letterman, and Kimmel.
Together, Tomino and Sopko create a sonic experience that’s raw, immersive, and unforgettable.

The Cleveland-based artist blends pop-rock, hip-hop, indie music, and live performance into a sound rooted in positivity, movement, and connection. A graduate of the University of Akron, Jul Big Green has steadily built a name across Northeast Ohio through performances that combine melodic hooks, rap influences, live instrumentation, and audience interaction into a show designed to bring people in rather than hold them at a distance.
His growing profile has earned recognition from both Variety Magazine and Cleveland Magazine, highlighting an artist whose work extends beyond a single scene or category. Rather than staying tied to one genre, Jul Big Green moves fluidly between styles—pairing upbeat rhythms with reflective songwriting and an approach centered on encouragement, resilience, and shared experience. That mix has helped him connect with audiences across live music, indie, and hip-hop spaces throughout the region.
At The Sixty6, expect a high-energy performance built around participation and momentum. The set may move from singalong choruses to hip-hop grooves to indie-rock textures, all carried by an atmosphere that feels open, welcoming, and deeply live. It’s the kind of performance where the room becomes part of the show.
Free admission, no tickets required.
