Nathan Paul

Nathan-Paul is a Cleveland-born multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer, and vocalist whose work blends jazz, soul, funk, gospel, and experimental groove music. A graduate of the University of Akron’s Jazz Studies program, he first developed his musical foundation singing in church before expanding into saxophone, flute, production, and composition.

Known across Northeast Ohio for high-energy live performances and improvisational musicianship, Nathan-Paul has led projects including Nathan-Paul & The Admirables while also serving as music director for Wesley Bright & The Honeytones. His work has connected him to stages alongside artists such as War, Tower of Power, Lee Fields, and Charles Bradley.

His releases, including Lofi DEEZY Pt. 2, reflect a sound rooted in jazz harmony, soul, funk, and modern beat culture. Whether performing original music or reshaping familiar grooves, Nathan-Paul’s sets are driven by movement, spontaneity, and connection — music designed to bring the room together.
