Join Cleveland Rocks: Past, Present & Future at The Sixty6 for a free workshop on DIY organizing.
The panel
Three Cleveland organizers share what it really takes to run independent events:
- Robin “Hyperius” Blake, Creation Fest
- Avery London, Mx. Juneteenth
- Lea Marra, Love Fest
They’ll talk about funding, burnout, access, and the advice they wish they’d gotten first.
Creation Festival’s return
In the second half, hear how Creation Festival pulled off five events on a shoestring budget. Learn why it matters for underrepresented Cleveland artists, where it stands now, and how you can get involved.
Supported by Cuyahoga Arts & Culture and the Ohio Arts Council.
